From the GG 25/11 Article 50

1. Diesel goods vehicles for private use gross weight of up to four thousand (4,000) kg and diesel passenger vehicles for private use are excluded from traffic restrictions in areas of Attica and Thessaloniki Prefectures, established by the provisions of article 26 of law 1959/1991 (I 123) if their technology design meets the requirements of Regulation (EC) no 715/2007 of 20 June 2007 (Euro V and Euro VI) or later.
